  • The New Wage Code Bill will come into force so the figures for PF, gratuity and rent allowance as well as travel allowance will also change.
  • All allowances shall not exceed 50 per cent
  • The new labor law stipulates that all allowances, including inflation, travel and rental housing allowances, should not exceed 50 per cent of the total. Your CTC should not exceed 20 thousand rupees.

  • Basic salary will increase
  • According to the new rules, the share of basic salary in your CTC should be 50% or more. If the basic salary in your salary details is less than 50 per cent, it will change soon. Your CTC will increase as the new rules take effect.

  • Under the new law, take home salary can be reduced. Because when the basic salary is up to 50 per cent, 12 + 12 = 24 per cent will go to your account.
